A modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom plus rumpas room apartment, set over two levels with stunning views over Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains. You are located within a 3 minute drive or a 10-15 minute walk to Queenstown center.
This property is a fantastic place to base yourself for your time in the adventure capital of the world; “Queenstown”.
With a secure rumpus room (was the garage) for your sports equipment, you can bring all of your toys with you to enjoy the outdoors and then lock them away to go and enjoy the extensive night life Queenstown has to offer.
His and hers mountain bikes are available at no charge to use on the extensive trail network in the Wakatipu Basin.
If needed I can split the king bed in bedroom 2 into singles or join the singles in bedroom 3 to make a super-king bed. Just let me know what you need prior to your arrival and I’ll get it sorted.
If you have a group of 7 or 8 then i will put either one or two single beds in the rumpus room.
The rumpus room (was the garage) is carpeted and fully insulated with a heater, a large TV with Chromecast mobile streaming. With bean bags this is a great place for the children to hang out while you enjoy the views on the other side of the villa.
You have a heater in each bedroom, bathroom, the rumpus room, a gas fire in the lounge/living area and some underfloor heating. Electric blankets on all beds.
35 minutes to Coronet Peak and 40 minutes to The Remakables ski field.
Bedroom #1: 1 King bed.
Bedroom #2: 1 King bed or 2 singles.
Bedroom #3: 2 single beds or a super-King bed.
Rumpus room can accommodate 2 single beds.
